The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
⚠️ Please note: Custom-designed products (such as NFC cards with names/logos) are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
4. Shipping Costs
